Marketing planning, strategy & execution: Prepare and present innovative Marketing ideas to Senior Management and
embark on ATL/BTL activities vis-à-vis website, property portals,
online marketing, Blogs, referrals, property shows, advertisements, pull
outs, project presentations, hoardings and event managements keeping
Cost per Acquisition as low as possible, formulating and executing
strategies, policies and sales processes for development of key product
performance, market identification and penetration thereby increasing
market share.
Business Associate Management: Developing the Sales network through selection, appointment and
orientation of local, national & international channel partners,
managing and coordinating the same.
Presale Activities: Participating in events, seminars, exhibitions and generating leads,
follow up of leads, inviting customers to site, explaining them the
highlights of project, negotiations and converting them to sale,
collection of booking amount.
Post sale activities: Overseeing a smooth transition of sale, collection of margin money,
executing agreement of sale, coordination with banks for loan processing
& tripartite agreements.
Registration & Handover: Collection of total amount, coordinating with customer for Sale deed,
providing NOC to clients, coordination with liaison team for
registration, coordination with developer for handover of unit to
customer.
Customer Relationship Management: To maintain amicable relationship with existing customers/ attend their
immediate queries/ complaints regarding service levels and resolve
customer complaints & grievances, maintain a healthy business
relationship for repeat/ referral business.
Liaison: Liaise with the local government for getting NOC for projects.
Market Intelligence: Handling Competitor Analysis/ Market Survey from Time to time and maintaining rapport with other real estate bodies.
Oversee all communications, public relations and promotional activities
selected to support the brand and marketing strategy. This includes
design, production and distribution of print materials such as
brochures, ads and direct response plus radio and television spots
needed for broadcast campaigns. In line with the need to keep the brand
in front of the target audience, the marketing person manages effective
relations, special events and community outreach activities, Website
maintenance, social media participation and trade shows/ exhibitions.
