Mr Prabhakar Rao, the Chairman and Managing director of the NSL Group is a Gold Medalist from Benaras Hindu University in M.Sc (Agri) and stood 2nd during his graduation. Since 1982 when he joined the Company, his able leadership has enabled the group to grow many times over in the process diversifying into other fields like Power, Textiles & Infrastructure. Thanks to his sound knowledge base and business acumen, Nuziveedu Seeds is now the largest privately held seed company in India while the cotton seeds division holds the majority share of the Indian market. In recognition of his contribution, he has been elected President- Indian Seed Industry Association,Member- Central Seed Certification Board, Member- Governing Board, Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University. Under his Aegis, the seeds company has been awarded the best agri company for the year 2008 by Biospectrum. He has been elected as advisor to the Government of India and the State Governments on all matters related with Seeds. The flagship, Nuziveedu Seeds Pvt Limited is also the Winner of DSIR – National Award,2002 instituted by Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India for the R & D achievements of the company. |

He has a B.Tech in Civil engg and PG diploma in construction management from NICMAR , Mumbai.He has over 18 years of experience in the field of Project Engineering and Construction management. He has to his credit prestigious projects like Calcutta Metro Rail Project, Road projects, SEZ’s, IT Parks, Hotels, Convention Centers, Golf Courses and Integrated Townships. Prior to joining NSL Infratech, he has held key positions at Hindustan Construction Company Limited, Vanenburg IT Park, Ascendas India Private Limited, Emmar Properties and Indu Projects Limited. |

Mr Luna Kumar Dacha, is Civil Engineering Graduate and PG diploma in construction management from NICMAR , Mumbai. He has a rich and varied exposure of 20 years of experience in the field of Project Engineering and Construction management both at the national and international level. His International career gave him 8 years of exposure to the realty and infra sector in the Middle East in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. On his return from the Middle east, he was with Vanenburg Group for 8 years and with Indu Group for 3 years as GM. In his last assignment before joining NSL Infratech, he was with Global Firm TISHMAN SPEYER India Ltd., as Project Director, Hyderabad. |

Cdr Nathan (Retd), joined the company after 22 years in the Indian Navy in October 2008. An Electrical Engineer holding Masters in Nuclear Engineering & Technology (IIT, Kanpur) & a certificate holder in Management (IIM, Lucknow), he brings with him the organizational capabilities imbibed from the Navy. He has handled numerous projects from conceptualization to induction in the past and is responsible for management of all assets and coordination of all projects of the Company. |
